Yoga is an ancient philosophy of life from India that connects body, mind and breath.
Through postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama), and meditation, you connect more deeply with yourself. Yoga strengthens the body, calms the mind, and opens the path to greater awareness and inner balance.
Yoga is not a performance, but a journey to presence, well-being and connection with who you truly are.



Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that combines breath, movement, mantras, and meditation. The goal is to activate the life energy (kundalini), open the chakras, and stimulate inner transformation.
This form of yoga works not only on the physical level, but also mentally and spiritually. Exercises have a direct effect on organs such as the thyroid and pituitary glands, and support spiritual growth, vitality, and well-being.

Hatha yoga
Hatha yoga combines the words HA (sun)THA (moon). The sun represents action, the moon represents introspection. It focuses on postures, breathing, and relaxation, bringing balance between action and rest, strength and softness. This form of yoga is ideal for building strength, flexibility, and inner peace. By consciously focusing the breath and attention on specific points in the body, deep relaxation, healing, and connection with yourself arise.
