We are Inge and Katrina, two sisters who walk the path of healing, consciousness, and transformation together. Our journeys from India to Mexico, from yoga and breathwork to shamanic rituals and working with sacred plants, have taught us how vulnerability can blossom into strength and how trauma can transform into wisdom and love.
What connects us is a deep calling: guiding others to their true essence. We weave together ancient traditions and modern consciousness practices into a safe and sacred space where you can come home to yourself, release old burdens, and feel the flow of your life energy anew.

Since 2014, we have been guiding people through profound transformational journeys. We create a warm and safe environment where the body, mind, and emotions can reconnect and come back into balance. Every journey is tailored to your unique needs and personal process.
That is why we combine ancient wisdom with modern insights into the nervous system, trauma, breathwork, consciousness, and personal development. Through a holistic approach, we look at the whole person, exploring the connection between the body, emotions, lifestyle, and significant life experiences. Where appropriate, we also draw on the principles of Germanic New Medicine as an additional perspective for self-reflection and awareness, always as a complement to conventional healthcare.
