Breathwork

Breath is life. By breathing more consciously and deeply, you gain access to the deeper layers of yourself, where tensions, emotions, and blockages often lie hidden. Breathwork helps you release these and reconnect with your natural life force.

This powerful method can transform deep-seated fears, sadness, or anger. Connected breathing—also known as rebirthing—creates more space in the body and mind. You'll experience clarity, relaxation, and a deep state of balance.

Individual session

In a personal session, we'll explore your natural breathing and identify any potential blockages. With years of experience, we'll guide you in deepening your breathing, allowing your life energy to flow freely and powerfully again. This can have a lasting impact on your daily life, helping you experience greater grounding, strength, and joy.

Breath circle

In our group sessions, we combine connected breathing with other breathing techniques that promote deep peace and well-being. Using music, meditation, and a safe environment, we'll take you on a journey into yourself. You'll learn various techniques and receive practical tools you can use at home.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is the traditional and most accessible form of yoga. It focuses on postures, breathing, and relaxation, bringing balance between action and stillness, strength and gentleness.

This form of yoga is ideal for building strength, flexibility, and inner peace. By consciously focusing your breath and attention on specific points in the body, you experience deep relaxation, healing, and a connection with yourself.

Since the beginning of this year, I have participated three times in the breathwork & meditation circle with Inge Wynants from Sana Mundo in Geel. The session is guided by her with great care and expertise, allowing you to fully experience your personal process. Through your breathing, you reach a higher level of ecstasy, engaging with various sensations that arise in the moment. The energy released during this process enables you to transform and heal aspects necessary for your journey of self-awareness in this life. The sessions are enhanced with beautiful, carefully selected music. Inge guides us with clear explanations and instructions. I always feel grateful after each session I attend!
