Cancellation Policy - Sana Mundo

We understand that plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. At the same time, we intentionally reserve time and space for every appointment and carefully prepare your session.

We therefore kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule your appointment in good time.

CANCELLATION MORE THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge.

CANCELLATION BETWEEN 24 AND 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE
We will charge 50% of the agreed session fee.

CANCELLATION LESS THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OR ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT
The full session fee will be charged.

This also applies if you do not attend your appointment. For packages or multi-session passes, a session cancelled too late will be considered used.
